yaskawa TFUE-25ZD7 | Encoder

Dear Sirs,
We have one used HUCO machining center BMC10L, serial no. BLB8001-076, bought from UK, during transportation the ENCODER Model: TFUE-25Zd7 Serial No. ROIAM-5B1, of Z-axis has been damaged( data disc broken) during transportation. We need this encoder the details of motor are as fallows:

This is of YASKAWA ELECTRIC CARPORATION JAPAN
This machine and electric motor is an old model believe to be of 1984/85.
We require your expert advice on this encoder replacement.
1. The machine is now in Pakistan, we can not send motor for fixing of encoder to any repair shop out side Pakistan.
2. There is no such repair facility here in Pakistan for Yaskawa or Hurco.
3. Can we replace this encoder with any encoder available or need this particular encoder?
4. Can you guide us from where we can get one.
You are requested to please give us the complete technical details of the encoder in question, technical guide line to replace the encoder. We are anxiously waiting for an early and positive reply from your end.
