Analog TV's and Replays cannot decode the digital format, so to receive these channels users will need a DTA - Digital Transport Adaptor or cable box. Some MSOs supply a Pace DC50X DTA at no charge. This device lives between the wall and the Replay. It handles channel switching just like a cable box does. The Replay (or your TV) tunes to channel 3 (or 4) and the DTA changes channel.
