Product Feature
1. Linear precision can reach 2+L/200um.
2. 3DFAMILY-P lens, with Step-Zoom orientation lens, needs no linear calibration at fixed multiple with the software.
3. Matched with 5X object lens, can reach 140X-900X multiple and improve the precision of Z axes greatly to 0.003mm.
4. Programmable 4-quadrant ring surface light with the coaxial profile light to improve the measuring precision, LED illumination to avoid second distortion of the workpiece.
5. OVM measuring software developed by ourselves.
