Fisher Isotemp Premium Lab Ovens:
Microprocessor control makes it easy to achieve the desired operating temperature. With oven turned on, depress SET button on the touch-sensitive keypad and use the arrow keys to increase or decrease the setpoint temperature in 1°C increments. Release SET to store and continue temperature control. The oven's temperature value is automatically est at 5°C above the setpoint. The controller comes with fixed parameters, so no tuning is required. Settings are stored in memory and maintained when oven is turned off.
Big, Three-Character, Alphanumeric LED Display:
During operation, digits display the actual temperature to the nearest 1°C. In Set mode, the display shows the current value for setpoint temperature. HEAT indicator light cycles on and off to show when the oven heaters are on.
In Menu mode, the PROGRAM indicator is lit and LED display display prompts user to set calibration parameter. The ALARM indicator lights up if temperature exceeds the overtemperature limit, alerting user that the backup relay is maintaining the oven's temperature at 5°C above the setpoint.
Gravity Flow:
Economical gravity-flow models have air inlet ports under the oven floor. Heat-generated convection gently moves the air in a vertical circulation pattern to heat all samples evenly. Used air is expelled through an exhaust port on top of oven.
