This unit came from the Savannah River Site in South Carolina, and has a special pneumatic control panel that may not be fully supported. Johnson Controls/York (JCI) recommends that this unit be retrofitted with a new control panel and upgraded to R-123. The estimated cost for this work is $20,000-$25,000.

This unit was described as "bullet proof" by JCI, and offers the opportunity for many years of dependable, trouble-free service for a small fraction of the cost of a new unit. Represented to C & D as unused, condition appears to be excellent.
