Brooks Automation / CTI-Helix Technology Cryo-Torr 400 Cryopump

The unit looks to be in good condition. We do not have the expertise to test it and are selling it as-is. The vacuum gauge appears to be bad and there are scratches and scuffs on the unit. I am not sure whether this is a high capacity pump or a standard capacity pump so I have included both specifications.

Description:
Cryo-Torr pumps are one of the two major components that make up the Cryo-Torr Pumping System. The second component is the Compressor.

The Cryo-Torr Pump provides fast, clean pumping of all gases in the 10-3 to 10-9 Torr range. The cryopump operates on the principle that gases can be condensed and held at extremely low vapor pressures, achieving high speeds and throughputs.

The Cryo-Torr Pump is a highly-reliable and rugged unit that requires a minimum of servicing. Since the cryopump exposes no moving parts, operating fluids, or backing pumps to the vacuum, the possibility of system or process contamination from the cryopump itself is eliminated.
