Four cathode, sputter up, batch type system. 25? diameter by 7? high water cooled Process chamber with four 8? diameter cathode positions. RF and DC magnetron cathodes are available. The Substrate Holder is 24 1/2" diameter. MFC gas flow control system. Capacitance monometer with pressure readout. Throttle valve. Auto valve sequencer. CTI-8 Cryo pump and compressor. Power hoist for chamber lid. Mechanical pump. Substrate heating can be offered as an option. Full set of manuals. Can be configured to suit. Additional options are available.
