maker - VEGA 600 with microprocessor-based controller. The machine is
provided with digital temperature control and photo registration mark
scanner. HM-HDPE, LDPE, and PP are the films these machines can handle for
making bags. Speed of the machine varies depending upon the size of the bag,
material, thickness and draw length. Pick-off feature of the machine enables
picking up of finished products. Belt driven conveyer is provided for
stacking products on tray. These machines are also built as per customers'
specifications Optional attachments of the unit include lip formation,
ultrasonic header sealer, tape applicator, score cut hole punch, film
folding device, perforation, single role unwinder with edge guide, double
role unwinder with edge guide, air shaft and tape and sheet insertions.
