ARPAC HCF48-3 Bottom Overlap Horizontal Shrink Wrapper. The intermittent motion of this fully automatic horizontal wrapper is ideal for overwrapping large industrial products where total enclosure is required. Up to 15 packages per minute. Operates by manually or automatically presenting the product to the infeed conveyor. The required spacing can be created either by the machine or upstream of the system. The product is then conveyed through a film forming head and a cross seal is made. A shrink tunnel with a hot plate, located beneath the tunnel belt, seals the film overlap on the bottom of the package. The result is an attractive, totally enclosed product. Can use Polyolefin, PVC, or Polyethylene film.
These machines were previously used to wrap plastic injection molded fence posts and decking planks. Maximum width of product is 32".
Includes a 12"w x 8"h or 8.5"w x 4.5"h plow.

ARPAC HVP13273 Hot Plate Shrink Tunnel produces complete and uniform shrink in most high speed wrapping applications. The solid heated cohrlastic belt is designed to control the location and seal on shrink wrapped products. This enhances the appearance of low profile items such as pizzas, stationary, greeting cards and calendars. It produces consistent uniform film shrink using heavy-duty, variable speed blowers and calrod heating elements to create a recirculating air system that forces hot air to all package surfaces. Independent control systems regulate temperature, air velocity and conveyor speeds. Equipped with thermocouple temperature controls.
