Description:

Capsule filling line in primo condition, including Stokes Merrill slat counter Mod 36-24, connecting conveyor with lane divider and converger, and a CLI p/s labeling system having both ( a) tamper evident and b) body labeling capability.  Was doing 200 cpm of small flip-top plastic containers; 

Was set up fill capsulets/tablets into small plastic flip-top dispenser containers at 200/minute. ( 41mm long (direction of travel)  X  19mm wide (across the conveyor);  44mm height (above conveyor), and  (2nd size)  20mm 16mm X 43mm);  then to apply tamper evident P/S (CLI) labels across the top, and then apply wrap-around labels around 3 sides. Containers were then carded using the blister sealers shown. 

Merrill Slat counter is set up to count 50, 75 and 160, using 12/24 manifold arrangements. Merrill feed-conveyor equipped with 1-to-2 lane divider, in front of filler, and 2-to-1 lane converger after filler;  Mod ET 6  Sanitary Conveyor (7-1.2" wide X 14' long); with AB Panel View 550.
