LCD Monitor Assembly Line ... 3 Tier Roller Conveyor With 16 Workstations , 8 Per Side ... 1st Stage Is Kitting into Tote Box on Mid Conveyor , Kit is Released 2nd Stage , Tote is transfered to assembly station , System has controls to select the next available free station & Tranfers tote to Station .. 3rd stage , Unit is assembled , Placed in tote & manually placed on top Conveyor. 4th Stage , Finished unit is transferred to quality/Packing station at end of the line 5th stage , empty tote is transferred to end of line , elevator drops tote to lower conveyor , Tote is transferred back to Kitting area , elevator lifts tote to Mid conveyor & tote is available for new Kit
