The CCR-RB possesses with independent intellectual property, which is researched and developed by GUNT-CNC.
The CCR-RB robot with high speed operation, large motion area and powerful function, widely applied in the field of spot welding, arc welding, gelatinising, cutting, palletizing, handling, to load and unload parts from machines, teaching and so on.
BODY
CCR-RB robot is vertical multi-joint structure with 6 degree of freedom, compose of robot base, J1, J2, J3, J4, J5, J6 seven parts; motion of each joint is driven by one set of servo control system and low backlash precision motor with brake component.
DEMO BOX
This demo box adopts human-machine interface, simple interface and easy operation.
For safety sake, there are emergency stop and safe start switch; demo body adopts high strength engineering thermoplastics and into injection molding once,appearance accords with ergonomics.
Adopt 6.4 inch colorful LCD display with high sensitive touch screen and professional control keyboard special for Robot. It’s available to manual operation, demo programming, work reappearance, man-machine conversation function and so on.
Electricity Cabinet
In the cabinet exists our independent developed control system CCR-1997RB special for Robot, imported servo drives (6 axes), I/O port with 40 x 40, 6 degree of freedom controllable axes and can also increase external control axes up to 8 axes.
In the cabinet ,also configure RS232, USB, Ethernet port, which can conveniently transfer data and information, this control system in the cabinet can at most control three sets of Robots and 24 axes, remaining expanding interface for field bus and Robot visual function expanding.
