GET YOURSELF A PRODUCTIVITY "INJECTION" with this ABB Flexpicker ! ! A very interesting setup which easily can be used for a number of applications ! It was used for a pile up application for shielding cans. The vision informed the Flexpicker of the position of the can to decide if it was upside down or the opposite,and then the Flexpicker placed the can on stack on two outgoing beltconveyor which was acting as buffer. The whole solution saved 3-4 operators per shift in comparison to manual operation !
