Description:
A complete line for drying and fixation stenter for pretreated fabrics with the following different equipment: Fabric feeding unit, buffer storage, padder/foulard, weft straigheter and stenter with buffer storage. The machine has been used for light 100 % PA and PES- weaved fabrics 100-180 g/m2 as well as for heavy work wear fabrics 240-360 g/m2. You can run the fabric from roll to roll or from car to roll. The speed has been 30 m/min - 60 m/min depending about the fabric and its moisture. The machine is computer controlled and you can save the process instructions and data to the system. Normal working temperatures have been 150-220C. The stenter includes moisture control system and Mahlo's Orthomat weft . Both control systems were renewed in 1997. The equipment is in very good operational condition.
