The Burner Buddy® is the industry's newest and most user friendly flame safeguard system. Suitable for individual burner control in heat process applications, it utilizes an Ordan Thermal CSA approved direct spark or intermittent ignition control module. Designed to provide ignition and flame monitoring, the Burner Buddy® is suitable for applications up to 400,000 Btu/hr. The Burner Buddy® is factory pre-wired to an internal terminal strip. It is equipped with a burner "On-Off" toggle switch, a "Flame Signal" LED light (signaling operation according to flashes), a "Flame On" light, and a "Flame Failure" light. The unit is steel, completely enclosed, and includes mounting arrangements.

Installation There is a small removable cover at the bottom of the Burner Buddy® that allows for easy installation, maintenance and field wiring adjustments. Simple spade terminal connections and number matching is all that is required to wire the Burner Buddy® in the field. External wiring is brought in through 7/8" diameter knockouts.

Wiring and mounting the Burner Buddy® is a very simple process that requires very little labour and materials. It can be completely installed on your combustion heat processing equipment and ready for effective operation in very little time
