DIMTER OPTI CUT 104 OPTIMIZING CUT-OFF SAW
SPECIFICATIONS
Working dimensions: Maximum 4" thick x 12" wide max. incoming board capacity, Minimum capacity is 3/4" x 1" wide.
Highly accurate Push-Feed Saw, right-hand version (material feeds from right-to-left), 16" min to 20'0" max infeed board lengths, 3" min. to 20'0" max. outfeed lengths.
10 HP Arbor motor driving a 20-1/2" dia. blade with 30 mm bore at 2,900 RPM. A precision, servo-controlled Pusher Bar motor, 295 FPM max., travels full length of board, reading crayon marks for: cut to length, optimization and defecting marks. Pusher arm automatically positions itself after measuring the board and precisely feeds the bard into the saw with positioning accuracy of +/- 0.004" and cut accuracy of +/- 1/64".
Waste gate for discharge of waste items from saw cuts.
The Marking Station is attached to the transport section and easily accepts incoming lengths up to 20'0".
Saw uses (2) pneumatically operated side hold-over rolls before and after the sawblade. Computer controlled holddown shoe ensures that stock is securely held in position during cut. Holddown, holdover devices, and precision servo-controlled pusher arm provide square, accurate, and high-quality cuts - even on large cross sections.
Programable controls for cutlists, partial optimizing for yield and defecting capability.
