• Front & rear end trims (motors 0.8 HP - 14,400 RPM motor ea.), motors tilt 0° - 12° on horiz. plane, 2nd blade setup allows 45° chamfer cut, bevel adjustment can be activated from the PLC with (2) pre-set positions.
• Top & bottom rough trims (2.5 HP - 12,000 RPM motor ea.), motors have electronic braking, tilts 0° - 30°, mechanical digital readouts.
• Top & bottom "fine/bevel/radius" trims (1.5 HP - 12,000 RPM motor ea.), tilt 0° - 45° for bevel and 3 mm PVC, with pneumatics and mechanical digital readouts.
• Four Motor corner rounding trim stations. • 8th) Grooving head including: Tilting with pneumatics and mechanical digital readout.
• Top & bottom scrapers for up to 5 mm thick PVC banding, pneumatic pressure over oil control for scraping knives, digital readouts, overhead PVC filter unit eliminates PVC chips being sucked in by dust collector.
• Top & Bottom scraping; Top & bottom buffing (0.25 HP - 1,680 RPM motors), units tilt 0° - 30°.
• Top pressure beam opening, pressure section position & pressure control, in/out pneumatic positioning of "trim/scrap" workstations, on/off sequence of workstation motors.
• Hardened steel link feed chain with "anti-slip" 80 mm wide rubber pads, (2) feed speeds of 40 & 60 FPM, with 3 HP/4.5 HP drive; motorized adjustment of top pressure beam.
