Programmed via a PC with Windows based software, the TP300 is an extremely flexible machine capable of processing a wide variety of products. On-board storage of 15 different taping specifications, along with the RS232 PC link, gives rapid and easy changeovers for minimum production downtime.
The start position and end position of the bobbin can be freely programmed. Gripper fingers are used to position the start of the tape, which can then be rolled down. An AC servomotor gives fast and accurate spindle positioning. Cutting of the tape is made with a standard width blade. The tape can be de-tensioned before cutting and/or tensioned after cutting to deal with a range of tape types.
