Coils or complete inlays can be digitally produced in a fast and reliable way. The digital production assures the highest precision, maximum output and reduced tooling and set-up costs.

3. Function of wiring
Material sheets are fixed with vacuum on two vacuum plates.
Up to six wiring tools are embedding the wire into a material sheet by means of ultrasonic energy and cut it at the end of the wiring.
