Used Harris HRB-1 automatic 2-ram baling press currently undergoing total refurbishment, including new liner plates fitted to the main & ejector rams, hold-down strip liners, new conduits and electrical wiring, all hydraulics, valves and main pumps replaced as necessary, machines fully primed and painted and load tested for correct performance, prior to installation & commissioning.
The bale size width of the HRB-1 will be reduced to 1.14m. (45”), to meet current `export` bale size dimensions (if ************ machine has 415v, 3-phase, 50Hz UK electrics. Main Motor: 100H.P.(75Kw) .This machine should process up to around 13 tonnes per hour of OCC.Refurbishment also includes the removal, total strip down and re-build of the automatic single wire tier unit by Harris UK engineers at the Harris parts and service facility.
Includes all parts, service and operator manuals, electrical and hydraulic circuit drawings.
