Comprehensive Agilent 5DX Program Development and Testing
We can provide full services for Agilent 5DX development and testing. Using acceptable customer CAD data (Gencad, Allegro, Mentor, etc), and a sample PCB, we can generate a complete program for the 5DX that will cover up to 100% of the solder connections on the PCB. Testing will cover visible as well as hidden joints, including BGAs, LGAs, etc. Programs can be delivered to the customer for use on their own 5DX system.
If desired, we can also test the customer PCBs with the 5DX, and can disposition all defects for the customer to view. Defects would be clearly marked with arrows, and a report describing each of the defects would be generated. In addition, it is possible to save the actual Xray images of the defects to help with defect repair.
