The system was removed from service in working condition and powers up. I only had air supply available for the diffuser which worked great. We do not have the facilities to test the rest of the requirements for this system.

Description:
The DRS19 provide a the necessary top and bottom temperature control, while the composite vacuum tip in the site cleaning nozzle provide a non-abrasive solder removal. Custom fixturing was added to provide the capability to remove the residual solder from 9 to 12 substrates at a time, depending on size. Multiple DRS19 Systems have been purchased by this customer worldwide for this application.
