1.Feature: XG7700 (Odd components sequence/ packaging machine) can sequence and package bulk odd form components (such as light touch switch, connectors etc) into a special material box in different direction ,the material box are equipped with 18 pack material rail ,thus change the components encapsulation way from bulk into tubes; then the tube material will feed the XG7600 machine for insertion. XG7700 (odd components packaging machine) is cooperated with XG7600 (multi-function odd components inserter), bulk materials are pretreated (the bulk materials changed into tube material) by XG7700 then put on XG-7600 to feed it. Usually one set XG7700 can service for two sets XG7600.
