Single, Smart, Double or Combi Wave
1. The main wave can be adjusted as uni- or bi-directional and has a separate, closed loop controlled pump.
The solder capacity is approx. 780 kg (1720lbs) for the 6522 and ( approx 850kg (1870lbs) for the 6523, and needs about 3 hours.
Twelve heating elements of 1kW each are attached to the outside of the solderpot eliminate solder explosions.
Due to the design of the solderpot, dross will flow to a separate dross compartment at the front side, where it can be removed.
The complete solderpot can be driven outside the machine by motor on a integrated roll-out frame.
The solder bath is equipped with sensors for overheat alarm an low level control.
2. The Double Wave solderpot contains a main wave and chip wave witch is specially designed to solder SMD components.
The chip wave has an effective height up to 12mm (0.47 inch) and is directed in the direction of the board flow with an angle of 15 degrees for the 6522 and 30 degrees for the 6523.
The Width of the chip wave opening is 2.2 mm for a 6522 and 1 mm for a 6523.
Optionally, a chip nozzle cleaner can be added, which keeps the chip nozzle opening free from blocking by oxide particles.
3. The Smart Wave is a main wave with in the entrance a seperately driven front
Nozzle pump.
This is a hexagonal bar witch rotates with closed loop controlled speed, and generates the required pressure for SMD soldering.
The front nozzle pump is activated by the tracking system.
4. The Combi wave is a combination of a Smart Wave with a chip nozzle.
