As you may already know, PA has been deregulated with respect to it's electric utility market. However, Rate Caps were instituted which were designed to ease the markets into deregulation. For the PPL service territory these rate caps are set to expire Jan 1, 2010. It is widely expected that price per kWh will see a dramatic price rise.
