Tenney TS2-02 Environmental Shock Chamber Specification:
This chamber is designed to provide two opposite extreme temperature environments for temperature cycling & thermal shock testing of electronic components and assemblies to military specifications. Thermal shock testing is achieved by quickly and repeatedly transferring a specimen between a hot compartment and a cold compartment by means of an automatic carriage transport system. The hot compartment is in the top location in a vertical system, The cold compartment is in the bottom in a vertical system.
* Cold Chamber:
**Temperature Range: - 73° to + 200° Celsius, ± 1.0°
The cold chamber is used primarily for cooling, but also incorporates heating capabilities.
* Hot Chamber:
** Temperature Range: + 40° to + 200° Celsius, ± 1.0°
The hot chamber is used for heating only.
* Chamber Door Size:
** 25 W x 22 H x 23 ½ D
* Chamber Basket Size:
** 15 W x 20 H x 15 ½ D
This chamber is equipped with a water-cooled refrigeration condenser, the water supply must be capable of providing a differential of 30 PSIG minimum between the inlet and outlet connections to the chamber. This could vary with the type of cooling water supply used.
