The F series chamber is designed for precisely repeatable environment control for MIL-STD testing procedures, for critical component production testing and for laboratory environmental testing.
The chamber is constructed from heavy gauge steel. The door is a plug design. This effectively increases the thermal barrier length and prevents distortion due to
thermal expansion and contraction cycling. A cam latch mechanism seals the dual gasketed door against the enclosure sealing surfaces.
The workspace inner liner is fabricated with heavy gauge reinforced 304 stainless steel
which is continuously heli-arc welded at the joints. The workspace includes
an anti-vortex air circulation system, temperature sensors, air heaters and cooling coil.
