This is a precision high resolution TDR test system in mint condition, suitable for field, portable, laboratory and educational use comprising a portable main frame A 2-1 and two plugins. the T08/3 telemeter plugin is a pulse echometer for loaded cables and the A 2-035 plugin is for non loaded balanced and coaxial cables. Cable fault distances can be made from 1 metre to 160 kms (100 miles) full scale in 18 ranges and displayed on a LCD display, a high resolution CRT operating at 10kV displays the fault conditions.
I do not have the Optical Fiber plugin type A 2-521 or the Submarine cable plugin type A 1-083S.01.
The system is powered from AC mains 110 to 120v or 220 to 240v or internal nicads 12v 6AH with inbuilt charger or external 11 to 15 volts DC can be used for prolonged field work. Digital Data can be stored for up to 2 hours after each measurement.
Max power consumption is 30 watts.
The system is rugged and fully operational and calibrated and is submersible in water up to but not including the front panel.
The unit is supplied with a protective carry bag and includes all test leads, accessories and manuals.
Price does not include freight costs.
Mainframe weight is 9.5kgs, the plugins are approx 2.3 kgs each, total packaged weight is about 16 kgs.
