I have various reactors including PolySilicon or Nitride. I have various other component pieces like Gas Modules, Beta Modules, and Power cabinets. I believe I have 4 complete systems. Inspection is highly welcomed and encouraged. I will be working on getting pictures as soon as possible. I have a lot of support contacts of former engineers that worked on and built these systems for ASM.
