Semitool Equinox Electroplating System, Model Number: EQ232PMCuELESS
This system is believed to be a manual, 1 chamber system (It looks like there is 2 chambers but on Rhetec's Website they say it is a 1 chamber system). This tool was removed from Intel and decontaminated by them. The Semitool representative told me this unit was used only 1 or 2 times and should still work fine. It is still supported by Rhetec (Semitool affiliate). We do not the facilities or expertise to test this item and are selling it as-is. Inspection of our tools is always available upon request given enough notice.
