We have 4 sets of Teradyne J750 testers includes TEL P8 Prober with hot chuck and hinge manipulator availabl for sale.Pls see attached photo and diagnostic print out for details.
1. The vector memory for each IO is 16MB hardware (4MB software enabled)
2. The SW license is in the work station (enabled 25Mhz) and will go with the tester.
3. The tools are intact at the clean room is currently in operational mode.
4. Diagnostic report of last PM record of all testers are "pass" (ready for inspection)
5. Probers are included- TEL P8 with hot chuck and hinge manipulator.
6. All in excellent condition.
7. Installed in 2004.
