Description:
This RST SPM1 working experiment table is meant for those who need an Acoustically dampened, EMI shielded, pneumatically levitated, solid granite (1000lbs) with 1 micron precision X-Y table and Vacuum chuck for semiconductor research and R&D projects. Great for AFM/SPM development but also other testing processes. Newport Motion Controller and 3 slide out storage shelve included and the table is on heavy duty locking casters. These were 1 off custom built units costing more than $50,000 new. Now selling for 1/10th the price.
