Equipment is sold with full warranty.
Options include your choice of configuration modules for 4142B as well as Pin Matrix Heads up to 96 pins.
We also have earlier configurations available, including 4062B and 4062C versions.
Systems can be configured with probe stations, such as Electroglas 2001X or 1034X including mounting hardware.
