MRSI (Micro Robotic Systems, Inc) 503M Flip Chip Bonder / Die Attach System

I tested the vision system which worked when the foot pedals were pressed. The optics look like they need to be cleaned. The X-Y positioning seems to work as well. The only thing I could not test was vacuum/air supply as I do not have the facility requirements.
