Gas jungles all with seperate inlets for N2/O2/H2. Hydrogen Torch Pyro and Trans LC getter loops. DPC on all tubes with dedicated Mycore and central pc control. DTC all Eurotherm. Class 10 horizontal flow load station with sunchronised paddle loaders. Left hand as viewed from front. Si C paddles.
