Description:
We bought these from a lab that only used these machines for R & D. Manual handling universal etcher. it comes with a Eni Acg 5XL power supply, a TCP 380 pfeiffer turbo controller including the turbo. It has a PC and pumps and the gas cabinet. Hardly used with a set of manuals.
