Allwin21 has developed a robot control board for the Matrix machines to help in the diagnostics of robot problems. There are LEDs that indicate if the board has received commands and the type of command. It also has LEDs that indicate if a robot limit sensor is active, along with ?good? voltage level indicators.
The model 403 is an electro-mechanical production system used to etch materials such as nitride, oxide poly-silicon etc. from the surface of silicon or other substrate. Each wafer is processed individually by means a chemical reaction induced by a gas plasma. Matrix 403 is housed in a compact, through-the-wall frame.
