Technical Instruments Inspectron 880 Wafer Defect Review Microscope System
The unit seems to work. I could not get the video camera to work but I believe that is because the PC doesn't have any software for it installed. Using the stage controller I was able to get it to move and it moved fluidly in all directions (X, Y, Z, Theta). The Kinemate Software on the NT 4.0 Workstation also was able to move the stage. I do not have vacuum or air and could not test that functionality. I do not have the expertise to test any other functionality but if there is anything you need me to check I will try. There was only one cable that I could not connect which I believe was attached to a video printer which we did not get. It is sold as-is and you are welcome to inspection. More pictures should be coming soon! I believe the microscope is a Leica Ergoplan judging by the objectives installed but it is Technical Instrument's name on it.
