System consists of CFWN 10x eyepieces, Nikon BD Plan DIC (5x, 20x, 40x, 100x) and BD Plan Apo 200x objectives, AFX-DX camera controller and 4” x 5” Polaroid camera, and 200mm XY stage with 200mm rotational wafer stage.
