Nikon Optiphot 300D Wafer Inspection Microscope with Vibration Isolation Table and Wafer Handling/Loading
It was removed from service in working condition however we do not have the expertise to formally test it. If there is anything you'd like me to try and I can. Inspection of the tool is recommended. The Pre-aligner has a broken cable and will need to be fixed. No computer is included. More pictures to come soon including more information on the tool and accessories with it. You have the right to buy just the microscope by itself if so desired.
