Para-Tech 2000V Parylene Deposition System
The unit was removed from service in working condition. I have included a PDF that shows the last comment on it as the tube not heating but it is dated 2002 and this system came out in late 2007 / early 2008 so I don't know if it is still relevant. The factory said they will still support this unit and it is fully upgradeable. It is sold as-is and inspection of the equipment is recommended.
