Adixen/Alcatel ASM 121 h Helium Leak Detector

The unit powers up and the turbo spins up. Using a calibrated leak (not included), the meter recognized when I opened and shut the valve on the leak. Calibration is probably needed. The unit last had a major repair in 2001 and was still in service when we received the unit.

Description:
The ASM 121 H detector is a complete leak detection unit, comprising a Helium gas analyzer with its pumping unit: molecular drag pump, and vane rotary vacuum pump (VP), the latter also being used as a roughing pump.

The ASM 121 H detector has been designed for the repetitive, or non-repetitive, control of parts with a volume inferior to 5 liters when it is used alone. The entirely automatic working does not require any manual valves control from the operator. It is available in the shape of a box containing all the vacuum circuits and the electronics.
