NEW Varian PN: X08148001 350D Ion Implanter R.S. Power Section / Ion Filament
This unit is new, old stock. There is dirt on the packaging but it is originally sealed from Varian. The crate that it was in was rotted but it said Ion Filament on it. This is now an obsolete part.
