Adixen/Alcatel PTM 5101 Turbomolecular Ceramic Bearing Pump with a CFV-100 Controller
Specifications are from Alcatel but are for a 5100 (not a 5101) and may vary slightly due to upgrades, options, or revisions this unit may or may not have.
This turbo pump and controller came out of a working carbon evaporator system. The pump spins freely and the controller powers up and starts the fan. I do not have the proper equipment or expertise to test the pump. The cable with it is a 2.5 meter cable. The cable that connects to the fan has a break in it that can be taped using electrical tape or coated with shrink tube.
