Description:
The Micropole system is the world's smallest complete mass spectrometer system. The small size, low cost, and component interchangeability provides the user with easy upgrades, troubleshooting, and replacement. The Micropole is a miniature array of quadrupole mass spectrometer and has 9 detection parts using 16 original column electrodes. Therefore, the user can use even in a small space and still get state-of-the-art resolution. In addition, the ability to operate at higher pressures without setting up differential pumping can be very suitable for gas monitoring during process and after cleaning the chamber. The users can also control and sample continual data automatically using WinMPA, original software.
