Microwave Power Systems for Plasma and Industrial Heating Applications:
The Series MW microwave power systems are specifically designed for continuous operation in industrial plasma process and in industrial heating applications.
Systems are available from 1,200 watts to over 15,000 watts. Systems over 6,000 watts are available and are quoted on a custom basis.
Typical Processes include plasma processing of semiconductor wafers which includes etching, CVD & chamber cleaning, plasma processing of flat panel displays and diamond deposition as well as chemical processing, food processing, rubber vulcanization, vacuum drying, fiber drying, and herb processing and drying.
