Unaxis/Oerlikon 102161354 Adjustable Etch Shield cleaned by BOC Edwards
This units 1st layer of clear packaging has been breached. The 2nd layer has a small cut in it so I don't know if it is unclean. The unit has been cleaned by BOC Edwards. This was a spare part from Intel Surplus. Edwards claimed this unit had minor dings on it. I am unsure if they repaired them but they are still usable.
