CTI RetroFast On-Board 8 High Vacuum Cyropump
This unit is a used cryopump that was pulled off an Anelva IC1015 in-line sputtering system that we scrapped. It is being sold as-is, untested. The front label on the pump says it is an On-Board pump but there is no On-Board module. I have included specifications for the On-Board series however.
