Leybold-Heraeus INFICON NT 150/360 Turbotronic Turbomolecular Pump Controller
The controller powers up and all of the LED's on the front stay lit for a few minutes and then the FAILURE light flashes while the rest remaind lit. We do not have the expertise to this unit after that. The unit is being sold as-is.
