Well Bond has incorporated a new process by "BRAZING" the pt tip and allow the tip to undergo spark treatment call "BURN-IN". These two new processes stabilizes the current flow from a different displacement leading to a diffrence energy absorbed by the gold wire casuing inconsistent ball size.
